Stage 2

During the Loadout Stage, players are responsible for selecting the equipment and assets for Kai to use in the Campaign. Each player is able to choose their own Kai assets, while the entire faction is responsible for coordinating the selection of factional assets. At this time, Kai are randomly given a selection of Modifiers from Modifier Pools and players are unable to change these modifiers. Factional assets have yet to be added. In the future, this phase will also serve as a game-balancing mechanism, potentially providing weaker factions with more assets or adjusting HP and PWR Stats.

At this time the Loadout Stage is automatic and Kai are provided with random Alpha Modifiers.
