Players and Factions
Players are represented by digital game pieces called Kai, which are stored in digital wallets. A Kai in one game may not be simultaneously active in another, but multiple Kai from the same wallet can be active in the same game.
Factions are community-run guilds that players can join. A player's wallet can only be registered with one primary faction at a time. The primary factions are currently operated under the guidance of the Kaizen Team. The end goal is to give as much autonomy as possible to the factions, so they can be independent drivers of innovation.
