There are a couple ways for a Faction to win a standard game of Domination. The most common way to win is to occupy the most on the map before hitting the limit. The other way is to control every zone on the map by disabling all opposing Kai. Limits are important to prevent games from running too long, especially during Alpha when various mechanics and game settings are being tested. In these cases, the winning Faction is determined using the following algorithm:

  • During the last cycle when battles occur, Sudden Death mode is activated.

  • After the last cycle is finished, the winning faction is determined by the following rules, in this order:

    1. The Faction controlling the most zones

    2. The Faction with the most Kai

    3. The Faction with the most collective HP
